Steven Tuckwell Software is the creator and developer of three simple and easy to use corporation tax programs.   These programs were originally developed when non-corporate distribution Rate legislation was introduced by the Chancellor to combat what he saw as "tax avoidance" being operated by accountants on clients behalf, even though he himself had introduced the original lower corporation tax bands.

Therefore the Chancellor introduced a torrent of new legislation to combat this which meant that vast calculations have to be prepared by accountants to ensure that the right amount of corporation tax is payable. It also made it virtually impossible for a Owner Manager of a small company to budget efficiently for the corporation tax liability which would be falling due.
